Dialiba began his career in Senegal with FC Abeme and later moved to Racing de Dakar. In 2006, he was transferred from Racing de Dakar to FK Željezničar and played there until 2008. That summer, he signed with Real Murcia in Spain. There he started his season great, scoring the winning goal against AFC Ajax in his first appearance, however a injury after only 3 matches played kept him out of play for almost one year.
On August 31, 2009, he signed a two-year contract with Belgian KV Mechelen.[1]
He played once for Bosnia-Herzegovina U-21 team.[2]
